Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rental services provided by Perfect Rose Weddings LLC, doing business as Grand Horizon Events (“Grand Horizon Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking rentals, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.
1. Rental Services
Grand Horizon Events provides rental items for weddings and events, including tents, tables, chairs, dishware, and other event accessories. Rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup within our service area, unless otherwise specified.
2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Prices are subject to change until booking is finalized.

A security deposit may be required for select items.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

45+ days before event: 25% of total rental cost will be charged.

30 days or less before event: 50% of total rental cost will be charged.

5 days or less before event: 75% of total rental cost will be charged.

Within 24 hours of the event: No refunds.
These fees reflect the time, resources, and reserved availability allocated for your event.
4. Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Setup times must be arranged in advance. We require safe, timely access to the event space.

Clients must ensure the site is flat, dry, and ready for setup.

If pickup is delayed due to access issues, a 50% daily fee of the rental cost will apply until retrieval is completed.

For dishware: items must be returned clean or a cleaning fee will apply ($0.75 per dish, $0.50 per cup, $0.20 per utensil).
5. Weather & Safety

If weather conditions (e.g., high winds, storms) pose risks to staff or equipment, we may delay or cancel setup. Rentals will be rescheduled — no refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations.
6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for all damages to rental items. Replacement charges equal MSRP plus a 20% service fee.

Children must remain clear of rental equipment at all times. Clients must supervise safe use of all items.

No adhesives, tape, or staples may be used on rented items.
7. Malfunctions
If an item malfunctions through no fault of your own, contact us immediately. At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit.
8. Permits & Venue Rules
Clients are responsible for compliance with all venue rules, permits, and ordinances.
9. Insurance
We carry insurance for standard operations, but clients are encouraged to purchase their own event insurance.
10. Photo & Marketing Usage
Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to photograph our rental setups and use the images for promotional purposes.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics). In such cases, events may be rescheduled.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grand Horizon Events and its employees from all claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse or unsafe use of rental items.
13. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid under your booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
14. Theft Warning
Failure to return rental property or pay amounts due may be deemed theft under applicable law.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Florida. Both parties waive jury trial rights.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the full agreement between you and Grand Horizon Events. No verbal agreements or prior policies apply.
Communications & Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number and/or email when booking or using our services, you consent to receive communications from Perfect Rose Weddings LLC DBA Grand Horizon Events, including:

Text messages (SMS/MMS) about promotions, event updates, and reminders.

Email messages with booking confirmations, service updates, and marketing offers.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
